Yamazaki Baking Co., Ltd. is a Tokyo-based food company with three segments: Food Business, Distribution Business, and Other. The company also runs logistics, equipment design, contracting, office work, insurance agency, cleaning, and in-store baking plus convenience stores. It was founded in 1948.
