Xior Student Housing NV is Belgium’s first public regulated real estate company (RREC) focused on student housing across Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Poland, Denmark, and Sweden. It offers rooms with shared facilities, en-suite rooms, and fully equipped studios. Founded in 2007 as an owner-operator, it provides high-quality accommodation where students feel at home. It has been a public RREC since 2015 and trades on Euronext Brussels (XIOR). As of 31 December 2025, its portfolio is about EUR 3.6 billion.
