Westwater Resources, Inc. is an energy technology company focused on developing battery-grade natural graphite materials in the United States. It owns the Coosa Graphite project (about 41,965 acres) in east-central Alabama’s Coosa County and the Kellyton Graphite plant near Kellyton, Alabama. The firm was formerly Uranium Resources, Inc., renamed in August 2017. It was incorporated in 1977 and is headquartered in Centennial, Colorado.
