FamiCord AG collects, processes, cryopreserves and stores stem cells from umbilical cord blood and tissue as well as postnatal tissues in Germany, Poland, Portugal and internationally. Through Vita 34 and PBKM, it develops advanced therapies, genetic tests and analyses for third parties, and creates cell-, tissue- and blood-based products, including viral vectors and CAR-T cells. It also offers biobanking services. Formerly VITA 34 AG, renamed in Feb 2025; founded 1997, based in Leipzig.
