Vår Energi ASA is an independent upstream oil and gas company active on the Norwegian continental shelf. It develops, produces and explores crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids from NCS assets. Formerly Eni Norge AS, it changed its name to Vår Energi ASA in December 2018. Founded in 1965 and based in Sandnes, Norway, it is a subsidiary of Eni International B.V.
