USD Partners LP owns, develops, and operates midstream infrastructure and logistics for crude oil, biofuels, and related products in the United States and Canada. It has two segments: Terminalling Services and Fleet Services. Terminalling owns Hardisty (railcar origination for Canadian crude), Stroud (rail-to-pipeline hub in Cushing, OK), and West Colton (transloads 13,000 barrels/day of ethanol/renewable diesel from rail to trucks). Fleet Services leases railcars and provides related services (about 200 railcars). USD Partners GP LLC is the general partner. Founded 2014, based in Houston, TX.
