Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust holds a mix of assets in Singapore, Australia and the UK. It owns Suntec City and a major share of the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, plus one-third stakes in One Raffles Quay, Marina Bay Financial Centre Towers 1–2 and Marina Bay Link Mall. It owns several Australian offices and Melbourne assets, a 50% stake in Nova Properties, and 100% of The Minster Building in London. It is managed by ESR Trust Management (Suntec) Limited, and was incorporated on November 1, 2004.
