Stratec SE and its subsidiaries provide automation solutions for in vitro diagnostics and life sciences. Based in Birkenfeld, Germany, the company designs and manufactures automated analyzer systems for clinical diagnostics and biotechnology customers, and supplies diagnostics consumables, as well as integrating instrumentation and software. It was formerly STRATEC Biomedical AG, renamed Stratec SE in December 2018, and founded in 1979.
