It operates rail and bus services, runs supermarkets (Sotetsu Rosen, Konandai), and manages hotels such as Yokohama Bay Sheraton and Sotetsu FRESA INN brands. It provides building maintenance, district heating/cooling, renovation, insurance, employment services, real estate, Ryosui Kobo water-purification systems, and renewable energy. Founded 1917 as Sotetsu Junbi K.K.; renamed in 2009, based in Yokohama.
