Solitario Resources Corp. is an exploration-stage company that acquires and explores precious metals, zinc, and other base metals in North and South America, and conducts gold exploration. It holds 100% of the Golden Crest gold project (about 33,000 acres) in western South Dakota; 85% of the Chambara project (12 concessions, ~9,880 hectares) in Peru; 100% of the Cat Creek project in south-central Colorado; and the Bright Angel Gold-Copper Project in north-central Colorado. Formerly Solitario Zinc Corp., it renamed in July 2023. Incorporated in 1984 and based in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
