SF Urban Properties AG is a Swiss real estate company based in Zurich. It invests in residential and commercial properties and develops development projects, including condominiums and land development. The firm was founded in 2001 and originally operated as Swiss Finance & Property Investment AG, changing its name to SF Urban Properties AG in April 2019.
