Sensient Technologies and its subsidiaries manufacture and market colors, flavors, and other specialty ingredients worldwide. It has three segments: Flavors & Extracts, Color, and Asia Pacific. Asia Pacific sells in the Pacific Rim and India under the Sensient name, and the company also produces chili powders, paprika, chili peppers, and parsley. Incorporated in 1882, it is headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
