Sekisui House Reit, Inc. is an investment company focusing on commercial properties, including offices, hotels, and retail assets. Sponsored by Sekisui House, Ltd., it has traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange REIT section (code 3309) since December 3, 2014. In 2018 it merged with Sekisui House Residential Investment Corporation, becoming the surviving entity. It targets stable, long-term earnings from Japanese assets and growth from overseas residential properties in the U.S.
