Retail Estates N.V. is a Belgian public REIT focused on out-of-town retail properties near neighborhoods or along main access roads to urban centers. It acquires properties and operates them for its own account. Typical buildings average about 1,000 m² in Belgium and 1,500 m² in the Netherlands. As of 31 December 2025, the portfolio has 1,017 rental units and 1,210,870 m² with 97.79% occupancy. Fair value is £2,083.24 million. Listed on Euronext Brussels and Amsterdam; incorporated in 1988.
