REIT 1 Ltd. was established in 2006 as Israel’s first Real Estate Investment Trust to enable broad public participation in large-scale commercial property investments, following the approval of REIT structures. It owns and operates a portfolio totaling about 750,000 square meters across sought-after locations in Israel. Its shares trade on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange as RITI and are part of the Tel Aviv 125 and Tel-Div indices. It carries ilAA/Stable from S&P Ma’alot.
