Region Group is an internally managed real estate investment trust (REIT) owning 87 convenience-based retail properties valued at $4,374 million. We are the largest owner in this segment with about a 7% market share, a market largely held by private owners. The asset class is resilient due to nondiscretionary retail categories and long leases with grocery anchors. Woolworths and Coles anchor more than 97% of our properties. We were formerly SCA Property Group and rebranded in November 2022; Region Group was incorporated in 2012 in Australia.
