Real Matters provides residential real estate appraisal and title services in Canada and the United States. It has three segments: U.S. Appraisal, U.S. Title, and Canada. It offers mortgage appraisals for purchase, refinance, home equity and default, and title services for these transactions to lenders under the Solidifi brand, plus iv3 insurance inspections. It also supplies closing, escrow, and title policy services and hosted software. Formerly Solidifi Inc., it was renamed in 2010. Based in Markham, Canada.
