RAPT Therapeutics, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company in immunology that develops oral small-molecule therapies for cancer and inflammatory diseases in the United States. Its lead inflammation drug is zelnecirnon (RPT193), a CCR4 antagonist that blocks type 2 helper T cell migration into inflamed tissues. Its lead oncology drug is tivumecirnon (FLX475), an oral CCR4 antagonist in Phase 1/2 trials as a monotherapy and with pembrolizumab. Formerly FLX Bio, the company was renamed in May 2019, founded in 2015, and is based in South San Francisco as a Bristol-Myers Squibb subsidiary.
