PPI Public Property Invest AB (publ) is a real estate company that owns, develops, operates, and rents properties in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. Its portfolio includes government-sector assets such as hospitals, police stations, courts, nursing homes, schools, and other public-service properties, plus office spaces. It was formerly Public Property Invest ASA and renamed in May 2026. Founded in 2018, it is based in Stockholm.
