Pharol, S.A. is a Lisbon-based investment company. Through its stake in Oi, S.A., it provides telecommunications services in Brazil and also manages a portfolio of other holdings. The firm was formerly known as Pharol, SGPS S.A. and changed its name to Pharol, S.A. in June 2026. Pharol was incorporated in 1994 and is headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal.
