Penguin International Limited is an investment holding company that designs, builds, owns, and operates high-speed aluminum vessels from Singapore. It serves regions in Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond, through two segments: Chartering and Shipbuilding, Ship Repairs and Maintenance. The company runs shipyard services for design, construction, repair, and maintenance, and owns a fleet of Flex crewboats (Flex-40 and Flex-42), electric ferries with rapid DC shore chargers, pilot boats, and related support vessels, plus crewing and ship management. Founded in 1972, it is headquartered in Singapore.
