Parque Arauco S.A., with its subsidiaries, develops, owns, operates, and manages multi-format real estate assets in Chile, Peru, and Colombia. Its portfolio includes regional, neighborhood, outlet, and strip shopping centers, hosting department stores, home improvement retailers, supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas, health centers, and specialty shops. It also owns rental apartments, offices, and hotels. Formerly Cocentral Compañía de Centros Comerciales S.A., it became Parque Arauco S.A. in 1992. Incorporated in 1979 and based in Santiago, Chile.
