Orion S.A. and its subsidiaries manufacture and sell carbon black products in two segments: Specialty Carbon Black and Rubber Carbon Black. It operates in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Founded in 1862, it is headquartered in Senningerberg, Luxembourg, and renamed Orion S.A. in 2023.
