Nippon Prologis REIT, Inc. was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s REIT Securities Market on February 14, 2013. From inception, NPR has focused on investing in Class-A logistics facilities, backed by the Prologis Group, to maximize unit holders’ value through a stable income-generating portfolio. As of May 31, 2025, NPR owned 61 properties with a total value of 960,217 million yen, all Class-A facilities developed by the Prologis Group. It was established on November 7, 2012.
