Movida Participações S.A. provides car rental services in Brazil, operating in two segments: Rent-a-Car and Fleet Management and Outsourcing (GTF). It offers light vehicle rentals, fleet management and outsourcing, and also sells pre-owned cars. Formerly H.L.C.S.P.E Empreendimentos e Participações S.A., the name changed to Movida in December 2014. Founded in 2006 and based in São Paulo, it is a subsidiary of Simpar S.A.
