Mapletree Industrial Trust (MIT) is a REIT listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange. Its objective is to own a diversified portfolio of income-producing industrial real estate in Singapore, plus data centres worldwide and related assets. As of 31 September 2025, MIT reported S$8.5 billion in assets, with 55 North American properties (including 13 data centres in a joint venture with Mapletree Investments), 79 in Singapore, and two in Japan. The portfolio covers data centres, hi-tech buildings, business space and general industrial buildings. It is managed by Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd and sponsored by Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd.
