Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust is a real estate investment trust that aims to be a gateway to Asia’s key markets. It joined the Singapore Exchange in 2011 as Mapletree Commercial Trust and, after merging with Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust, was renamed MPACT in 2022. Its objective is to invest long term in a diversified portfolio of income-generating office and/or retail real estate, plus related assets, across Asia’s gateway cities.
