It offers outsourced packaging and testing services and operates in Ireland, Taiwan, Malaysia, the US, Singapore, China, and other regions. Formerly Federal Paper Products Sdn Berhad, it was renamed in 1983. Established in 1962, it is based in Ipoh and is a subsidiary of Hong Leong Manufacturing Group Sdn Bhd.
