Link Real Estate Investment Trust (Link REIT) is Asia’s largest REIT by asset value, managed by Link Asset Management Limited. Independently owned since its 2005 HK listing, it started with HK$33 billion in shopping centres and car parks and has since grown to a diversified portfolio of retail, car parks, offices, and logistics across Hong Kong, Mainland China, Australia, Singapore, and the UK, valued about HK$226 billion as of 31 March 2025. It aims to grow further with strong ESG, asset, portfolio, and capital management, and is a constituent of key indices.
