Lakewood-Amedex Biotherapeutics, Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing antimicrobial products in the United States. Its Bisphosphocin class targets infections by disrupting microbial membranes. The company is also developing Nu-3, a topical antimicrobial for infected diabetic foot ulcers. Incorporated in 2006, it was renamed in June 2025 and is headquartered in University Park, Florida.
