Ladder Capital Corp is an internally managed real estate investment trust based in New York. It operates in three segments: Loans, Securities, and Real Estate. The Loans segment provides short-term, balance-sheet financing for commercial real estate, including conduit first mortgages for CMBS securitizations and related debt. The Securities segment holds CMBS, U.S. Agency and corporate bonds, equity, and non-cash Treasuries. The Real Estate segment owns net-leased properties and diversified real estate investments. As a REIT, it pays at least 90% of taxable income to shareholders.
