Kunlun Energy Company Limited is an investment holding company that explores, develops, produces, and sells crude oil and natural gas in Kazakhstan, Oman, and Thailand. It operates in four segments: Natural Gas Sales, LPG Sales, LNG Processing and Terminal, and Exploration and Production. The company also handles LNG processing, unloading, storing, gasification, entrucking, and the trading, distribution, and retail of natural gas and LPG products. It was formerly CNPC (Hong Kong) Limited, renamed in 2010. Incorporated in 1991, it is based in Hong Kong and is a subsidiary of PetroChina Hong Kong Limited.
