KLCC Property Holdings Berhad (KLCCP) and KLCC Real Estate Investment Trust (KLCC REIT) form KLCCP Stapled Group, Malaysia’s largest self-managed stapled security. It invests in, develops, owns and manages iconic assets, including PETRONAS Twin Towers, Menara ExxonMobil, Menara 3 PETRONAS, Suria KLCC, and Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, plus Lot D1. It holds a 33% stake in Menara Maxis. KLCCP Stapled Group is Shariah-compliant since 2013 and focuses on property investment, development and management.
