Since listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in July 2005, we have built a portfolio of mid-sized office buildings mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area. On November 1, 2023, we merged with Kenedix Residential Next Investment Corporation and Kenedix Retail REIT Corporation and adopted the name KDX Realty Investment Corporation. We aim for sustainable growth by expanding our investment universe, supported by Kenedix, Inc. and Kenedix Real Estate Fund Management Inc. to grow AUM and portfolio value.
