KBC Ancora SA manages and maintains its stake in KBC Group SA. The company was formerly Almancora SCA and adopted the name KBC Ancora SA in June 2007. It was incorporated in 1998 and is based in Leuven, Belgium. KBC Ancora SA operates as a subsidiary of Cera S.C.R.L., through which it holds and administers its participating interest.
