It operates in four segments: Flexible Films, Engineered Products, Surface Technologies, and Precision Components. Flexible Films produces films and composites for waterproofing, high-tech displays, event floors, outdoor laminates and pool membranes. Engineered Products offers technical textiles, air springs, pipe reinforcements and rubber supports. Headquartered in Fulda, Germany; renamed in 2018 from KAP Beteiligungs-AG.
