IO Biotech is a clinical-stage biopharma focusing on immune-modulating cancer vaccines using its T-win platform. Its lead candidate IO102-IO103 targets IDO and PD-L1–expressing tumor and immune-suppressive cells, in Phase 3 for melanoma and Phase 2 for lung, head and neck, and melanoma. Other programs include IO112 (Arg-1 peptide) for tumors with high myeloid suppressor cells and IO170 (TGFβ1 vaccine). Incorporated in 2014 in Copenhagen. On March 31, 2026, the company and an affiliate filed for Chapter 7 liquidation in the U.S. District of Delaware.
