Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A. is a leading Italian retail real estate company. IGD owns a portfolio of shopping centres across Italy, managed in-house by asset, property, facility and leasing teams, and it also provides services to third-party portfolios. It lists on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana and was Italy’s first SIIQ. Its freehold portfolio was valued at €1,704.8m at 31/12/2025, including 8 hyper/supermarkets, 25 malls and retail parks in Italy and eight Romanian centres. IGD also holds 40% of two real estate funds with 13 hypermarkets, 4 supermarkets and 2 malls, for which it provides project, property and facilities management. Founded in 1977.
