Huadian Power International Corporation Limited and its subsidiaries operate in power generation, heat supply, coal sales, and related businesses in China. They build and run power plants—coal-fired, gas-fired, and hydropower—along with other energy and engineering services, coal production and sales, and equipment trading. As of Dec 31, 2025, the group controlled 55 power plants with about 77,924 MW installed, including 54,380 MW coal-fired, 21,072.708 MW gas-fired, 2,459 MW hydro, and 12,580 MW self-consumed PV. Formerly Shandong International Power Development Co. Ltd., it was renamed in 2004. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Beijing.
