Holmen AB (publ) operates in forests, paperboard, paper, wood products, and renewable energy in Sweden and internationally. It has four segments: Forest, Renewable Energy, Wood Products, and Board and Paper. Forest sells logs, pulpwood, and biofuel to mills. Renewable Energy supplies hydro and wind power to the Nordic market. Wood Products provides construction timber, CLT/glulam, and pallet wood. Board and Paper makes packaging paperboards and papers for books, magazines, and ads. Founded 1609; based in Stockholm.
