Heimar hf. is an Icelandic real estate company that invests in, leases, and manages commercial properties. Formerly Reginn hf., it changed its name to Heimar hf. in June 2024. Founded in 2009, Heimar is headquartered in Kópavogur and operates a diversified portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties across Iceland. It provides asset management, property administration, and development oversight for tenants and investors.
