Halo Minerals PLC is a mining company focused on exploring, developing, and producing battery metals, primarily copper, with additional gold exploration. Its flagship asset is the Playa Verde project, a 100% owned portfolio of six licenses totaling about 15.25 square kilometers in Chile’s Atacama Region. Formerly Guardian Metals PLC, it renamed Halo Minerals PLC in January 2026. It was incorporated in 2007 and is based in London, UK.
