FNM S.p.A. delivers sustainable mobility solutions in Italy. Through its segments—Freeways, Railway Infrastructure, Energy, RO.S.CO., and Mobility and Services—it designs, builds, and manages motorways and ring roads, runs terminals, and develops renewable energy projects. It also rents rolling stock, offers ticketing, subcontracting, car-sharing, and provides technical and administrative support for infrastructure investments, maintenance, and construction. Formerly Ferrovie Nord Milano, it was founded in 1877 in Milan and is a Regione Lombardia subsidiary.
