F.C.C. Co., Ltd. designs, manufactures, and sells clutches for automobiles, motorcycles, and general-purpose machinery in Japan and abroad. Its product lineup includes wet and dry centrifugal clutches, wet multi-disc and assisted clutches, racing clutches, and pulleys for belt-driven systems used on motorcycles, sports bikes, scooters, ATVs, and race vehicles. It also offers automotive clutches (automatic, HEV, torque-converter lockup, manual, 4WD) and general-purpose clutches such as FCCTRAC, a cam-type limited-slip differential for four-wheel ATVs, plus hydraulic static transmissions for snow throwers and lawn mowers. Formerly Fuji Chemical Co., Ltd., it was renamed in July 1984, was founded in 1939, and is headquartered in Hamamatsu, Japan.
