European Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (ERES) is a Canadian-listed, European-focused open-ended real estate investment trust. Its units trade on the TSX as ERE.UN. ERES is the only Canadian REIT focused on European multi‑residential properties, currently in the Netherlands. As of September 30, 2025, it owned 1,033 residential suites plus ancillary retail space with a total fair value of about €311.7 million. Registered office: Toronto, Ontario. Established 2016.
