Esports Entertainment Group, Inc. is an iGaming and entertainment company serving the United States and international markets. It has two segments: EEG iGaming, which operates the iDefix casino platform, and EEG Games, which runs ggCircuit—a LAN center management software suite and services for essential functions such as game licensing and payments—and also creates esports content for distribution to the betting industry. Formerly VGambling, Inc., it was renamed in May 2017 and is based in St. Julian’s, Malta.
