DeFi Technologies Inc. is a Canadian technology company that develops exchange-traded products (ETPs) that synthetically track the value of a single DeFi protocol or a basket of protocols. It offers asset management services with indirect exposure to digital assets, digital asset indexes, and other DeFi instruments. The company also pursues early-stage investments in digital-asset firms, runs an arbitrage desk, performs private research, and provides OTC liquidity. Formerly Valour Inc., it changed its name in July 2023. Incorporated in 1986 and based in Toronto.
