Dana Incorporated and its subsidiaries deliver power-conveyance and energy-management solutions for on-highway vehicles worldwide. Its Light Vehicle segment covers axles, driveshafts, ICE, hybrid and electric transmissions, e-axles, inverters, motors, controllers, sealing, thermal and cooling systems, battery and electronics cooling, and fuel-cell cooling. The Commercial Vehicle segment offers similar power and propulsion components. The company also provides electrodynamic technologies, sealing, thermal-management, and digital solutions. Formerly Dana Holding Corporation, it was renamed Dana Incorporated in 2016. Founded in 1904, it is headquartered in Maumee, Ohio.
