Daiwa House REIT Investment Corporation (DHR) is a J-REIT sponsored by Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., with asset management by Daiwa House Asset Management Co., Ltd., a Daiwa House subsidiary. It listed on the Tokyo REIT Market in 2006, merged with New City Residence Investment Corporation in 2010, and in 2011 changed its name and investment focus to residential properties. A 2016 merger broadened its portfolio to hotels and offices.
