Københavns Lufthavne A/S owns, develops, and operates Copenhagen and Roskilde Airports in Denmark. It provides infrastructure and air-traffic services, including route development, baggage systems, security, terminals, IT, aircraft stands, runways, and shuttle buses. It also runs non-aeronautical businesses such as parking, shops, food outlets, hotels, and mobility and taxi services, plus airport consultancy. Founded 1990, based in Kastrup. As of Sept 30, 2025 it is a subsidiary of the Danish Ministry of Finance.
